We are recruiting for a motivated Assistant Food & Beverage Director to join our client’s team. The selected candidate will support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing the food and beverage operations and ensuring adherence to service standards and guest expectations. You will manage the daily operations of the F&B division, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
Key responsibilities include
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service.
- Deliver outstanding service and strive to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and accurately.
- Regularly assess and review product quality to maintain high standards.
- Assist the F&B Manager with staff scheduling and roster management.
- Coordinate with the events department to ensure smooth execution during events.
- Organize and supervise shifts, ensuring efficient and effective operation.
- Manage department schedules and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Motivate and support the team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience in managing buffet services is preferred.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
Gross Annual Salary between €26,000 and €27,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
