As a Commercial Manager, you will be expected to empower a unique sales team and expected to be an excellent communicator, transparent, and honest, fostering loyalty and engagement with the company’s mission.

Our client is one of the top importers of branded beers and beverages companies in Malta, they are engaged in brewing, production, sale, and retail located in Birkirkara.
Duties and responsibilities
- Strong business acumen, a sense of consumer market demand, and strong skills in managing business relationships.
- Report to the General Manager
- Develop and implement strategic plans for all categories
- Managing budgets and performance
- Achieve the set sales objectives
- Drive profitability, increase market share, improve customer satisfaction
- Identify trends, opportunities, and weaknesses.
