The Latino Agent is looking for a talented, dynamic and creative Communications Specialist to join its team.
Requirements
– Degree in Marketing, Communications or Journalism or similar at MQF level 6
– Advanced English and Spanish language
– Experience of 1-3 years in a similar role, preferably in Malta or in Latin America
Responsibilities
– Act as Community Manager of the Spanish language social media accounts with a focus on candidates, responding to messages, answering public posts and being the online customer service reference point, including generic email accounts.
– Act as Community Manager of the English language social media accounts with a focus on business clients, responding to messages, answering public posts and being the online customer service reference point, including generic email accounts.
– Manage the company websites and ensure that content is relevant and up to date.
– Create and manage the overall communications strategy of the company and create, design and disseminate relevant text/audio/visual content on the basis of a monthly chronogram.
– Handle periodic email bulletins and Whatsapp communication campaigns for both candidates and clients.
– Report on social media metrics, emailing campaigns, website traffic and other elements of the communication strategy.
Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience, ranging between 16,000 and 18,000 euros gross annual salary. Immediate availability. Immediate availability.
