Responsibilities:

- Continuously assess and enhance operational processes to optimize workflow efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific document management needs, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Lead and inspire a small team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Plan, organize, and oversee document scanning, digitization, storage, and destruction projects, managing timelines, resources, and client expectations effectively.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy, security, and confidentiality of all handled documents.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices related to document management, data protection, and information security.
- Track and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement, report on key performance indicators, and recommend strategic adjustments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the document management, archiving, or related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving common goals.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- An understanding of document management processes, including scanning, digitization, storage, and destruction would be considered an asset.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and ethical standards in all aspects of the role.
- Experience in cloud-based software platforms will also be considered an asset.
