We are looking to recruit a Finance Administration Assistant to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Keep accurate records of all daily transactions.
- Manage payments to employees and suppliers, as well as track pending invoices.
- Prepare balance sheets.
- Process invoices.
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Update internal systems with financial data.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Participate in financial audits.
- Track bank deposits and payments.
- Assist with budget preparation.
- Assist with implement financial policies.
- Ensure smooth office operations and keep supplies organized.
- Support human resources management in aspects related to permits, timesheets, employee control, and benefits.
Requirements And Skills
- Degree in Accounting and/or Business Administration or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills in English (C1 level).
- Knowledge of Spanish.
- Experience in a similar position for a minimum of 1 year.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in Excel.
- Solid knowledge of accounting regulations.
- Excellent math skills with attention to detail.
- Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work as part of a team and in an organized manner.
