Our team is looking for a new finance / admin intern to join us on this beautiful island!

As soon as you arrive, after a few days of training, you will be directly involved in the Finance / Administration department and will support our human resources department. You will also interact with our experienced recruitment team.

Tasks

  • Prepare invoices for clients
  • Register invoices and always keep track of due date and payments
  • Participate in the payroll process, cross-checking the tabulations in the payslips
  • Help in accounting
  • Support with the following of sick leave, holiday leave, engagement and termination
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of all administrative documents to be ready in case of audit
  • Communicate and guide our employees about their job, payroll and other administrative tasks
  • Compile financial and other reports for analysis
Requirements

To be part of our team, we want you to:

  • Be studying or have a diploma in Accounting / Administration / HR / Secretarial or similar
  • Be available on a full-time basis
  • Be able to come to Malta for 6 months
  • Good communication in English and Spanish
  • Be very sociable
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Microsoft Excel)
  • Be very well-organized
  • Can deal with several activities at the same time
  • Willing to keep learning
  • A previous experience in HR administration or accounting will be an asset
