Responsibilities
Supporting various departmental administrative tasks.
Developing and managing profiles for new employees.
Establishing and managing employee files.
Ensuring accuracy and currency of employee records.
Updating internal databases.
Organizing and maintaining document files.
Planning and coordinating interview schedules.
Managing schedules for employee appraisals.
Coordinating various tasks as needed.
Procuring promotional items for events.
Overseeing tasks related to employee corporate cards.
Offering assistance to the HR department as needed for pending tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
1 year experience in a similar role
Familiarity with the HR cycle.
Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
Strong organizational skills.
