As soon as you arrive, after a few days of training, you will be directly involved in the recruitment process and follow each of our employees. You will interact with our experienced recruitment team.
Tasks
- Manage new candidates for our agency
- Select CVs and find suitable profiles by searching with goods keywords
- Make the first phone call to fill the missing information in their candidature
- Carry out some interviews
- Follow our employees during their interview with our clients
- Be involved in employee feedback processes
- Carry out searches and compile reports on candidates according to vacancies
- Participate in Business Development: make a list of vacancies on Malta’s territory to develop our business with new clients
- Fill our vacancies with some candidates from our database
Requirements
To be part of our team, we want you to:
- Be studying or have a diploma in the field of Human Resources or similar
- Be available on a full-time basis
- Be able to come to Malta for 6 months
- Good communication in English
- Good level in Spanish will be considered as an asset
- Be very sociable
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Be very well-organized
- Can deal with several activities at the same time
- Willing to keep learning
- A previous experience in HR / Recruitment
