We are seeking for a talented Marketing and Office Administration Assistant  to join our client`s teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of office systems including paper and eletronic filing
  • Creating shareable text and video content
  • Registering employees for training sessions and organizing same
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Managing social media accounts

Requirements and Skills

  • Be organized and meticulous in their work
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel
  • Outstanding written, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of digital platforms.
  • Proven experience as a creative and analytical marketer with a media agency is a plus.
  • Being a creative thinker.
