We are seeking for a talented Marketing and Office Administration Assistant to join our client`s teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintenance of office systems including paper and eletronic filing
- Creating shareable text and video content
- Registering employees for training sessions and organizing same
- Answering incoming calls
- Managing social media accounts
Requirements and Skills
- Be organized and meticulous in their work
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel
- Outstanding written, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of digital platforms.
- Proven experience as a creative and analytical marketer with a media agency is a plus.
- Being a creative thinker.
