We are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join our client`s team. The selected candidates will be responsible to oversees operations across their organization’s office. They will be responsible for welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings, and appointments, and directing various administrative projects.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provision of general secretarial support;
- Maintenance of office systems including paper and electronic filing;
- Updating of spreadsheets;
- Registering employees for training sessions & organizing same;
- Greeting clients;
- Answering incoming calls;
Requirements and Skills
- An A-level standard of education
- Be organized and meticulous in their work
- Fluent in both written and spoken Maltese and English
- Proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Bracket €19- €22K gross per annum
