We are currently looking for an Office Clerk and Executive Assistant to join our client’s team and be in charge of the day-to-day administration of the Company in compliance with the laws of Malta as well as the Board of Directors’ guidelines and directions.
Duties and responsibilities:
Ensuring the timely processing and management of orders, which could include inventory management and liaising with suppliers.
Planning and coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.
Handling day-to-day administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives or agents, ensuring efficient time management.
Requirements and skills:
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Mandarin
