We are looking to recruit a Recruitment Assistant to join our team.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage candidate entries in our database.
- Review CVs and applications to determine eligibility and matching of candidates to the job vacancy criteria.
- Post job vacancies on relevant job boards and websites.
- Support the recruitment consultants, following up with selected candidates and highlighting suitable candidates in terms of their vacancies.
- Schedule interviews with candidates and liaise with the recruitment consultants.
- Carry out preliminary candidate assessments, background and reference checks.
- Keep accurate and updated candidate and client information in the applicant tracking system and company database.
- Assist with business development for new clients, compiling a list of target clients, and carrying out outreach.
- Collaborate with, complement or cover for other areas of the business such as communications, legal, and administration
- Employer branding defining key selling points and promotion the company’s ethos.
Requirements And Skills
- Degree in Psychology or Business or Law or any other relevant qualification
- Immediate availability.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
- Advanced level of English.
- Native speaker of Latin American Spanish.
