The Latino Agent is an established recruitment agency in Malta and pioneer in providing quality Latin American candidates to the local market, as well as local, EU and international candidates across all sectors. In order to reach the next stage of the company’s growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team. A base salary will be offered in addition to performance incentives, keeping in mind qualifications and experience.
Tasks include:
– Manage the recruitment cycle for candidates (sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, placement, follow-up).
– Manage the recruitment cycle for clients (needs assessment, liaison, placement, follow-up).
– Bring in new business to the company, developing and managing a portfolio existing clients.
– Handle temp/sub-contracting/outsourcing and perm/direct recruitment.
– Employer branding defining key selling points and promotion the company’s ethos.
– Monitor and apply HR recruitment best practices.
– Prepare reports and analysis on recruitment.
Profile:
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual, able to multi-task and be target-driven, striving to reach the company’s objectives. Proficiency in English is required and knowledge of Spanish (especially Latin American), Portuguese, Italian or French would be assets. Preferred candidates would have 3 years experience in the recruitment/HR field and at least 1 year of experience working in the role in Malta.
