Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment cycle for candidates.
- Manage the recruitment cycle for clients.
- Bring in new business to the company, developing and managing a portfolio of existing clients.
- Handle temp/sub-contracting/outsourcing and perm/direct recruitment.
- Employer branding defining key selling points and promotion of the company’s ethos.
- Monitor and apply HR recruitment best practices.
- Prepare reports and analysis on recruitment.
Requirements And Skills
- Immediate availability.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
- Intermediate/Advanced level of English.
- Latin American Spanish native speaker.
- Salary commensurate with experience.
- Proactive individual with strong negotiation skills.
