We are looking to recruit a Recruitment Support Assistant to join our team.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage candidate entries in our database emanating from the Spanish language and English language websites
  • Review CVs and applications to determine eligibility and matching of candidates to the job vacancy criteria
  • Post job vacancies on relevant job boards and websites;
  • Support the recruitment consultants, following up with selected candidates and highlighting suitable candidates in terms of their vacancies.
  • Schedule interviews with candidates and liaise with the recruitment consultants;
  • Carry out preliminary candidate assessments, background and reference checks;
  • Keep accurate and updated candidate and client information in the applicant tracking system and company database
  • Prepare reports and analysis on recruitment
  • Assist the recruitment consultants with business development for new clients, compiling a list of target clients and carrying out outreach
  • Employer branding defining key selling points and promotion the company’s ethos.

Requirements And Skills

  • Immediate availability.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Intermediate/Advanced level of English.
  • Latin American Spanish native speaker.
  • Salary commensurate with experience.
  • Proactive individual with strong negotiation skills.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management/Administration at MQF level 7
