We are looking to recruit a Recruitment Support Assistant to join our team.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage candidate entries in our database emanating from the Spanish language and English language websites
- Review CVs and applications to determine eligibility and matching of candidates to the job vacancy criteria
- Post job vacancies on relevant job boards and websites;
- Support the recruitment consultants, following up with selected candidates and highlighting suitable candidates in terms of their vacancies.
- Schedule interviews with candidates and liaise with the recruitment consultants;
- Carry out preliminary candidate assessments, background and reference checks;
- Keep accurate and updated candidate and client information in the applicant tracking system and company database
- Prepare reports and analysis on recruitment
- Assist the recruitment consultants with business development for new clients, compiling a list of target clients and carrying out outreach
- Employer branding defining key selling points and promotion the company’s ethos.
Requirements And Skills
- Immediate availability.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
- Intermediate/Advanced level of English.
- Latin American Spanish native speaker.
- Salary commensurate with experience.
- Proactive individual with strong negotiation skills.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management/Administration at MQF level 7
