We are recruiting for a Restaurant Operations Manager to join our client’s team. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Operations and will oversee all facets of restaurant management. Your primary objective is to lead and inspire your team to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences, while driving the financial success of the restaurant and maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include
- Lead and manage daily operations across both Front of House and Back of House.
- Uphold and elevate customer service standards to maximize guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently, turning challenges into opportunities for service excellence.
- Continuously assess and improve product quality, exploring new supplier partnerships to enhance offerings.
- Strategically manage staff schedules and evaluate performance, fostering a productive and motivated team environment.
- Accurately forecast and manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to safety and sanitation regulations.
- Identify and implement initiatives to enhance the restaurant’s image and operational efficiency.
- Control operational costs, proactively identifying and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Prepare and analyze detailed financial reports, providing insights into weekly, monthly, and annual performance.
- Champion brand promotion through community engagement, events, and targeted marketing strategies.
- Train and develop team members, ensuring consistent delivery of top-tier customer service and operational excellence.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Proven track record in customer service and Food & Beverage operations, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on financial acumen and strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant management tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong team dynamics.
Gross Annual Salary depending on qualifications and experience.
