We are looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join a well-established restaurant in Malta. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations. Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Restaurant Manager to oversee F&B operations and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Provide active support and guidance to service staff, ensuring smooth service flow.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in creating and managing staff schedules.
- Uphold exceptional standards for food and service, and maintain in-depth product knowledge.
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Analyze guest feedback to continually improve the dining experience.
- Support the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Maltese and English.
- Proven track record of success in a senior restaurant leadership role (3+ years).
- Preferably with sommelier experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in staff supervision, coaching, and development.
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and a proactive team leader.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
