Responsibilities
Carrying out market research to identify potential clients, industries, and trends.
Analysing the competitive environment and industry benchmarks.
Managing customer demographics, preferences, and needs data.
Creating and maintaining a qualified lead pipeline.
Creating and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
Understanding the needs and objectives of the client in order to tailor solutions and offerings accordingly.
Providing exceptional service.
Creating and presenting proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiating terms and conditions with clients in order to maximise mutual benefit.
Working to meet revenue targets and sales quotas.
Identifying potential partners or collaborators who can help the company’s offerings.
Developing new market entry strategies.
Providing management with regular reports and insights.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in business development, sales, or a related field is required.
Excellent knowledge of the industry and market dynamics.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Knowledge of relevant software and tools (for example, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and analytics platforms).
