We are looking for a Shop Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of one of our client’s stores.
As a Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating staff and ensuring customers have an excellent experience. Responsibilities include driving sales, implementing company policies, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing financial aspects such as daily revenue.
To succeed as a Shop Supervisor, you must have excellent leadership skills and a good understanding of business operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that orders and replenishments are executed timely and efficiently.
- Ensure the store is merchandised in accordance with best-selling products and current trends, following guidelines.
- Organize the warehouse efficiently.
- Utilize business information and product knowledge to drive sales and other in-store activities using provided internal tools.
- Drive marketing initiatives and sales performance.
- Efficiently manage the store’s labor budget.
- Plan effective scheduling to ensure staff is in the right place at the right time.
- Adhere to the budget or implement all procedures to achieve it, overseeing and taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Stay aware of competition, engage in it, and provide relevant information to stakeholders such as brand managers, product managers, regional directors, and teams.
- Meet targets or ensure procedures are applied, driving them, overseeing, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Consistently meet customer service standards and motivate the team to maintain these standards throughout the store.
- Manage general services, stationery, uniforms, etc.
- Ensure procedures are applied, lead the team, oversee, and take corrective actions when necessary for all the following procedures.
- Manage emergency processes, sickness, and absence management.
- Have a forward-thinking approach and plan low-cost initiatives.
