We are seeking an enthusiastic Shop Manager Assistant to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our client’s stores. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating staff and ensuring customers have an outstanding shopping experience.

- Ensure timely and effective order replenishment.
- Merchandise the shop in alignment with best sellers, current trends, and guidelines.
- Organize the stockroom efficiently.
- Utilize commercial information and product knowledge to drive sales using internal tools.
- Drive marketing initiatives and enhance sales performance.
- Manage the shop’s budget of hours effectively.
- Plan and implement effective scheduling for optimal staffing.
- Monitor and meet sales targets, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Stay informed about competitors, providing relevant feedback to brand managers, product managers, regional managers, and teams.
- Maintain consistent adherence to customer service minimums and guide the team to do the same.
- Control stationary and general services, including uniforms.
- Implement and monitor procedures related to HR, ER processes, sickness, absence management, and recruitment with a forward-thinking and cost-effective approach.
Skills and Requirements:
- Proven previous experience in retail is a must.
- Demonstrated strong leadership qualities with the ability to set goals and establish performance standards.
- Planning skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Proven track record in coaching and developing individuals to enhance performance and achieve professional goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with active listening capabilities.
- Commercial vision demonstrating awareness of current trends and forecasting future trends.
- Passion for fashion, fabrics, and company products.
- Fluent in English.
- Should preferably live in the Southern areas.
