We are looking for a Talent Development Specialist who will be tasked with creating, executing, and assessing programs and initiatives geared towards enhancing the performance, skills, knowledge, and abilities of our client’s workforce.

Responsibilities
Identifying the organization’s specific skill and knowledge gaps.
Developing training programmes to meet the identified needs. This includes selecting appropriate training methods and materials.
Developing or acquiring training materials.
Surveys, assessments, and feedback forms are used to assess the effectiveness of training programmes. This data is being used to improve future training initiatives.
Using technology for training, such as learning management systems (LMS), online courses, and other digital tools.
Ensuring that employees receive the necessary training to meet legal and industry requirements.
Training in areas such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and other interpersonal skills necessary for professional success.
Maintaining awareness of industry trends, new training methodologies, and emerging technologies in order to keep training programmes effective and relevant.
Managing training programme budgets.
Collaborating with various departments, managers, and executives to ensure that training initiatives are aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
Assisting in the identification of potential leaders and their preparation for future roles within the organisation.
Providing data and reports on the effectiveness of training programmes, including ROI calculations and other performance metrics.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
Proven experience in the relevant field.
It is critical to have a solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
