Definition

‘Personal data’ means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;

Any automated individual decision-making shall include the right to obtain human intervention on the part of the controller (TLA), to express the data subject’s point of view and the possibility on the latter’s part to contest the decision based thereupon.

The personal data provided shall be stored for no longer than is necessary for the purposes the personal data are processed.

Rectification and erasure

The Latino Agent Ltd shall at your request, immediately rectify, block or erase your personal data.

The Latino Agent Ltd shall notify any third party or affiliate to whom the data has been disclosed about the measures undertaken as aforesaid.

Provided that no such notification needs be provided if it is shown to be impossible or it will involve a disproportionate effort.

Rights
