PERM
Permanent and direct employment of candidates by the client. The Latino Agent will source, screen, interview and recommend candidates for you to hire. A dedicated, professional and specialised recruiter will be your account manager and handle the entire process from the initial stages until recruitment and follow-up. A one-time recruitment success fee applies for such recruitment.
TEMP
Temporary outsourcing of staff hired by The Latino Agent and placed with the client. A dedicated, professional and specialised recruiter will be your account manager and handle the entire process from the initial stages until placement and follow-up. Payroll and administrative duties will be handled by The Latino Agent. A monthly invoice for the hours worked based on an established rate will be issued for the staff placed with the client.
TEMP TO PERM
The Latino Agent offers a bridging option whereby following a period of temporary placement between 3-6 months, and on occasion up to 1 year, the client will be given the option to convert the temporary placement into a permanent and direct employment for a discounted fee.

WORK PERMIT
The Latino Agent can handle all aspects related to the work permit process for non-EU nationals, including advice, preparation of the relevant documents and submission of work permit applications. A discounted fee applies where this service is requested in conjunction with recruitment of candidates from The Latino Agent.
RELOCATION
In cases where the selected candidate is still abroad, The Latino Agent can liaise with the candidate and client in order to ensure a smooth arrival and settling in once the candidate is in Malta, providing advice and options with regard to accommodation and other ancillary matters relating to life in Malta.
