Welcoming clients and offering support to them.
Respond to incoming calls and route them to the relevant staff members.
Giving general assistance with secretarial tasks.
Upkeep of office equipment, such as electronic and paper filing.
Excel spreadsheet updating.
Scheduling and registering staff for training sessions.
Arranging for meetings.
Take care of all deliveries and mail coming into the office.
An A-level qualification requirement.
Maintain organisation and precision in their work.
Proficient in Maltese and English, both written and spoken.
Adept at using Microsoft Word and Excel.
